3.2 vcity66 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Where a Member is found to be under the age of 21, their account will be immediately suspended, all Bonus Funds will be forfeited, and any Real Money Funds will be returned to the deposit source subject to identity verification.
3.3 Geographic Eligibility. It is the Member's sole responsibility to ascertain whether accessing and using the vcity66 Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. vcity66 does not represent that the Platform is lawful in all jurisdictions. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is not permitted. Malaysian players are responsible for understanding applicable local laws.
3.4 Registration is available to natural persons only. Corporate entities may not register as Members. Each natural person may hold only one (1) active vcity66 account.
4.1 To access real-money Games on vcity66, a Member must complete the registration process and provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including full legal name, date of birth, Malaysian IC number or passport number, email address, and contact number.
4.2 Members must not provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or at any point during the ongoing use of their vcity66 account. Provision of false information may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
4.3 KYC Verification. vcity66 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme. All Members are required to complete identity verification — by submitting a copy of a valid Malaysian IC or passport — before processing any withdrawal request. vcity66 may request additional documentation at any time in accordance with its AML compliance obligations.
4.4 Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Any activity conducted through a Member's account, whether authorised or unauthorised, is the Member's responsibility unless the Member has promptly notified vcity66 of a security breach.
4.5 vcity66 reserves the right to decline a registration application or close an existing account at its sole discretion, with or without providing a reason.
5.1 Deposits. Members may fund their vcity66 wallet using the payment methods available at the time of deposit, which include FPX bank transfer (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank), Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, and USDT. Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the deposit page and are subject to change.
5.2 All deposits are made in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). vcity66 does not apply a currency conversion fee on MYR deposits made through supported payment channels. USDT deposits are converted at the prevailing exchange rate displayed at time of transaction.
5.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests will only be processed to payment methods that have been previously used to deposit into the same vcity66 account, or to a verified bank account or e-wallet registered in the Member's own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
5.4 vcity66 targets withdrawal processing within the timeframes displayed on the withdrawals page, subject to KYC verification being completed and no compliance flags being active on the account. vcity66 accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
5.5 vcity66 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal and to delay or suspend processing pending satisfactory review.
6.1 vcity66 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, or other promotional credits to Members. All bonuses are subject to separate promotion-specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time of the promotion.
6.2 Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the relevant promotion terms.
6.3 vcity66 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, and to void bonus credits and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or exploitation of a system error.
6.4 Members may only participate in each individual promotion once unless the promotion terms expressly permit repeat participation. Attempts to circumvent this restriction — including through duplicate accounts — constitute prohibited conduct under Section 8.
7.1 All games on the vcity66 Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface or provider documentation. In the event of a conflict between these Terms & Conditions and specific game rules, the specific game rules prevail in relation to gameplay outcomes.

10.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit copying, redistribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content.
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vcity66 shall not be liable to any Member for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or business interruption.
11.2 vcity66's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total value of Real Money Funds deposited by the Member in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 vcity66 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may result in temporary unavailability of some or all games or features.

13.2 Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Member's acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
